the customer service i experienced was amazing. the team was so friendly. the compact room included all the amenities i needed. it had a coffee machine. a fridge, how cool is that. breakfast was also amazing and the staff was always smiling and helpful.

parking at the hotel is a little tight, so it is best to reserve a space in advance.

the room was very clean and modern the shower was particularly good i found the bed comfortable. the location proved convenient for an event i attended. i would stay here again because of the polite staff and the overall value.

i noticed the hotel lacked lunch service and dinner started quite late. i wish the rooms had better soundproofing.

the small bed was hard. i am used to a firm mattress, but this was like sleeping on the floor. i had aches the next day. pillows are hard.
