the customer service i experienced was amazing. the team was so friendly. the compact room included all the amenities i needed. it had a coffee machine. a fridge, how cool is that. breakfast was also amazing and the staff was always smiling and helpful.

parking at the hotel is a little tight, so it is best to reserve a space in advance.

the room was very clean and modern the shower was particularly good i found the bed comfortable. the location proved convenient for an event i attended. i would stay here again because of the polite staff and the overall value.

i noticed the hotel lacked lunch service and dinner started quite late. i wish the rooms had better soundproofing.

Staff showed help and courtesy. the hotel kept clean and quiet. the location worked perfect for my needs. parking felt secure since it was gated. I did reserve it because there were not many spaces.

the small bed was hard. i am used to a firm mattress, but this reminded me of sleeping on the floor. i had aches the next day. pillows are hard.

parking is tight. i found that the room had some tech gadgets. there was no information on how to use any of the gadgets. i would like more guidance on those devices next time.
